Genaro was excellent and was on time and stewardess the whole service call. The gentleman in the cashier cage was professional and congenial. The young lady that met me at my car at 6:50 A.M. was cheerful, efficient and really worked to handle all the details before Genaro took charge. I really appreciated the text updates as well. My vehicle inspection revealed that the engine air filter needed to be replaced because it was damaged (torn). A picture of the air cleaner was sent to me with an estimate for $54 to replace it. The vehicle has 9,200 miles on it and has only been serviced at Toyota of Glendora. I'm not 100% sure how the air cleaner got torn; but, I fairly certain that it likely happened at Toyota of Glendora when the technician was taking it to inspect it :-(

Michael came right out to help me and he was very polite and professional. He was very helpful in guiding me through my first visit with my RAV4. I was disappointed to find out that I didn't complete the required miles to bring my car in for its first service before the warranty time expired but that is just the way your service warranty has been written. respect for the dealership over this. There are a 1000 places I could get my
