They got me in at the earliest next appointment, had a co bc redaction before taking the car back to ensure they were looking at the right stuff, discovered I didn't need what I thought I needed. Then, gave me the report and options to look at through technology so I could look at it on my time and without waiting for a service person to come out. I could text any questions I had directly to the person with my car. Wow.
