The service person I had was Mike McVay and he was very good and kept in communication. My car was out in your possession for over a month. I felt Toyota of Glendora should have taken the parts for what ever it needed off a new vehicle to give our car back. I have a friend from Longo that worked 25 years for them and he told me that’s what they would have done.
