I waited 3 hours for a tire rotation. I always take care of my cars and follow the maintenance schedule. I booked the spot online. Also I asked them to check the cabin filter. Told me they didn’t need changing. But when I got home the plastic part from the air filter cover was on the floor passenger side. I had to figure out where it came from.

I gave Rodrigo a $10 coupon off on the oil change. He took the coupon and never entered it into the computer. When I went to pay my bill, there was no record of the $10 coupon. They had to track it down.
