Toyota's Detailed inspection report did not include details regarding tire rotation (which was part of the service). Every other inspection was checked off as having been inspected, but not tire rotation? When service adviser called to say car was done, I mentioned this issue to him, and he said they had been rotated and he would 'fix' the inspection report. ? Doesn't build my confidence in Glendora Toyota Service .

Wipe fluid was not added. There was no fluid at the time of drop off and was requested. Paid for 5K service which " fluid top off's " were supposed to be included. Unknown if other services that were paid for were actually performed.
