Was told to bring vehicle back a few days later after purchase for it to be detailed inside and out, they didn't do it. They said they'd put the all weather mats in, they didn't and put the box in the back seat. The car was missing the jack and they were going to put that in and didn't. A bunch of liars, don't ever go here.

Jeff and Jeremy were excellent and professional. They both provided great customer service. I did however notice one issue with the window on the driver's side, but I have not been able to get back to the dealership. A small crack which I hope can be fixed.

I understand you are probably going to target the tech who was assigned my car, but I was unhappy with spending $600 to have my vehicle cleaned and disinfected and to find that the interior cabin wasn’t even worked on. The remnants of my back seat that was torn out were still in piles on the seats. They had not been touched. If there was rat feces in them, it would still have been in my car. I’m so upset at the level of service, I’m considering selling my Toyota and going to another car company to buy a replacement vehicle.
