Courtland was very professional. He offered the lefyt service to take me to work. I didn’t and don’t like those services as to that I don’t trust them. he went above and beyond to make sure I was at work on time and offered your shuttle service. I really appreciated that.

He wasn’t very responsive to my questions and couldn’t explain in detail what was wrong with my car. Also, he didn’t wash my car because of the cracked tail light. However, he could have at least rinsed it off. I had to go to a do it yourself car wash after paying for an oil change. They used to be a lot more customer-service oriented because I’ve taken my car there since it was new. Maybe I just didn’t spend enough to get the “star” treatment.

I had another great experience with your Service Center. Rick checked me in to get the car started and ordered a Lyft driver so I could get back to work within my lunch break. Brandon followed up with me to see if I had any questions or concerns so they could address them while they serviced the vehicle and replaced the airbag based on recall notice.
