You put some type of scent in the AC vents, the odor makes me nausious. Cant drive the car due to the odor. I reported the smell of antifreeze, not sure why you put a substance in the air conditioning vents. Thank you for making it so I cannot drive my car.

I didn't have an appointment but my car was in a bad shape. So I did wait from 10:00am till 5:00 pm,Staff checking the problem. According results was I put bad gas. But when I started car I knew was still a problem. I told the guy was ok I figured it later.unfortunately I was late for my insulin . When Mr. Rodriguez show me he said you battery is bad and I'll give you one.with out change. I thought about all core values applying to him. My car is back to normal and I got my insulin on alley. Lol we recharge together. Thanks Toyota ?

I did not recieve a multi point inspection thats usually attached to the receipt. The plastic cover that i keep over the floor mat to keep it clean was move over the the other side ( passenger front seat side) that left stains from the mechanic's work boots. All that might because it was the end of the shift and everyone in eager to home and wztch football.
