Waited for over 2 1/2 hours for my car and never received a call. Went back to dealership which was dark with only one person there. Asked why I was never called. The gentleman acted like I was bothering him. We were never told what time the service department closed. I have made another oil change appt for two weeks from now. I am hoping to receive better service.
