I LOVE Rick! He is always so professional, wonderful, caring and honest. I come to your location just to see him and on days that he isn’t working, I just wait to get my car serviced. I also have to say that this was the first time I’ve been to the service department since you started using LYFT. I have to say that i LOVE IT! Keep up the great work.

Immediately after the service I had to take the car to my Firestone dealer as the tire pressures were all well over specification. This was verified by hand held gauge as well as the pressure measurements provided by the car itself. This seems to always happen when I have the car serviced by glendora.
