I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service from David. I came in to have my brakes replaced and he made everything go by quickly and smoothly. I appreciate that he was so nice and courteous and that he honored the coupon discount. And I even received a car wash. Definitely a way better customer service and care than some of my previous service appts where a different guy was very rude and dismissive. I'll make sure to recommend David at Toyota of Glendora if anyone asks.
