Rick was extremely professional. He was patient with my many questions and made sure I understood each answer he gave me before giving me any further information. I felt safe and well taken care of! He even gave me information on other vehicles on your lot, which is extremely valuable for my husband and I! He made sure I had a ride home after I dropped off my vehicle and assured me that he would be in touch with me with the progress of my car, which he was! He also made sure to let me know that he could order a car for me to be picked up when my car was ready! From the moment I pulled up the service advisor was condesending and rude. His voicemail he left for me was in the same tone. When he called me with recomendations I gave the green light for one and when I picked up my car it was not done. I usually have exceptional service but that was not the case today.
