My 2011 Prius has a brake issue. After describing the problem multiple times, leaving the car at your dealer for two days, your techs were unable to fix, or even determine the issue! I was told that the accumulatelor is a known issue in this car but the Toyota program denied replacing the part because the car is "not giving a code for it yet". Apparently, I have to drive it until the code comes up and before it hits 150k miles. It is truly unbelievable that Toyota was unable to determine the problem on a Toyota car! That erases any confidence I've had with Toyota for over 14 years since I bought my first brand-new Toyota in 2005 (Camry). I hope the code comes up prior to hitting the 150k miles when the warranty expires and before my brakes completely fail on the freeway as I drive about 70 miles a day during the week. Your dealership/service department shop either failed to find the issue or knowingly denied providing a solution to fixing a brake problem. Regardless of what the reasoning was behind this, I made sure it is documented on my invoice. If nothing else (hopefully), this has been a truly disappointing yet eye-opening experience that has overturned Toyota for Honda. A pamphlet to "upgrade" to a new Toyota was left behind in my car; needless to say that will not be happening.

Check in was long. Initial estimate of time for an oil change seems long but advisor said he would probably be able to beat that estimate . Turns out it was about an hour later than what he had estimated. Very little follow up. I had to ask where my car was. He always seem to busy. Finally had to ask another service advisor to help me out. They were able to get my car.
