When I dropped my car off in the morning I was very clear in stating that I did not want it washed. I stated that I had my car waxed 3 days prior and I did not want it washed. When I received a call regarding the estimate for services following the diagnostic evaluation, I gave authorization for services and was asked again about a wash. I stated very clearly and emphatically that I did not want it washed. I again said that I just had it waxed. Upon receiving my car after services, it had been washed and was covered in water spots. I am unsatisfied that my repeated request was disregarded and ignored.
