Drop off takes too long. Service advisor Mike was great but it takes too long to drop off and if you have an appointment you wait for your service advisor. Again service advisor was fantastic. Kept me updated. Car was done on time.

All the service was taken care hours before originally estimated. Brandyn kept me up to date through the entire process.
If the car is to washed then it should be. Unfortunately I had been driving through the desert and the butterflies were everywhere. When I picked up my 4RUNNER there bug stains all over the front and windshield. Aside from the car wash I am still very satisfied with Glendora Toyota.
