When I arrived I stood in front of some young guy for 5 min. Finally i asked him if he could help me on my truck appointment. He never looked at me he just called some other guy, who took my info and told me it will take 1-1/2 hrs to do oil change. I waited in the lounge for 1hr & 45min. I finally went to customers service to see if it was ready.it was parked outside ready to go, but no one came to tell me it was ready! When I got on my truck my so called Rep was no where to be seen. Very lousy service from arrival to completion ! Your service personnel in the front greeting area have lousy service, no one asks you how they could help you. And your rep seems to just want to sell you something! I really don't think you'll make any changes on customers service! I seem to have to deal with this every time I go in for lifetime oil change. I regret buying my truck with you guys! My next Toyota will be from Toyota of Riverside! They have EXCELLENT service!

We took the car in on Saturday 04/13/2019 for oil change and asked for it to be checked for odd power off the day before. We were told the batteries were inspected and were fine. We had to use 3x AAA service calls to jump-start the car afterward. AAA tech told us the 12v battery needed replacement. We then brought back the car to you and all of a sudden the 12v battery didn't pass. I think your tech didn't actually test it in the first place on Saturday, caused us to use up AAA service calls and on top, you tried to charge us $160 to swap the battery. You should keep in mind we're coming back to you for future business instead of trying to gouge us for 1 service. You should've caught this on Saturday as quickly as the AAA tech was able to diagnose the problem.

I asked for a complimentary car wash. Service rep said that would be automatically done when truck is returned to me, that didn't happen. The vehicle before my vehicle came out washed and mine wasn't. Awesome. Thanks a lot.
