I’ve always been happy with Handy Toyota. My only change would have been when I received the multi-point inspection. I dropped my vehicle off on a Friday (Saturday appointment) and picked it up on a Monday. I received the multi-point inspection Monday morning. If I had received it on the day of the appointment, I would have accepted more of the recommended services. Since I was picking it up to go to work, time prevented me from doing so. Nonetheless, very happy with the work!

Today I pulled in with a vehicle that was on limp, my appointment was for a regular 15 point inspection and oil change. Darren never hesitated when I surprised him with my extra problems. He was professional and assured me they would fix the problem. They also did this in a very timely fashion. Superb service from Darren with an excellent attitude. Handy should give him a raise.
