My oil was not changed at my service appt. That was the reason “I thought I was bringing it in.”…I was told no it was there for the 5000 mile service which does not include an oil change. This is something I should have know about in advance so I could have instructed to change oil anyway.

The service was thorough and great. This was my second time visiting Handy and both times the service department was running an hour late. I think if you give an appointment time, and if the customer says they are waiting, you should be more on time. I made a 1:00 appt today for a tire rotation and I don’t think anyone started on my car until at least 2:00.
