Your system failed to notify your service rep that I okayed repairs on our Rav. My son took a day off to get the repair on the car, which could not be accomplished before he had to get back.
Also, I was quite displeased to find that we have to pay for adjustments to repair brakes that you charged about $1000 to install in Oct.
