The car was cold with frozen snow on windshield outsid? Some who came in after me were called,
One gentleman who had been there just 1/2 hr asked how long I had been waiting. He said maybe you need to buy the ??pkg? And then he was called?? Wow?
But that’s just about wait time
I have always been pleased with service.
I’ve always purchased winter tires from LaRoses garage and visit with an old friend while they services vehicle.
Think you need a couple more mechanics!

Your system failed to notify your service rep that I okayed repairs on our Rav. My son took a day off to get the repair on the car, which could not be accomplished before he had to get back.
Also, I was quite displeased to find that we have to pay for adjustments to repair brakes that you charged about $1000 to install in Oct.
