I had an alignment as well as the tires rotated and balanced but my nx 300 is shaking more now than when I took it in for service. John is taking care of the issue Monday when I bring it in again. Only wish when the inspection, diagnosis and balancing was done the issue would have been resolved. Maybe the technician should drive the vehicles after work has been done to verify completion.

Travis was more than helpful but I do not feel that Lexus was willing to work with me on the repair of the AC. This vehicle has 15,000 miles and I do not believe a pebble hit the condenser and put a hole in it. I have read on-line accounts of the same thing and all being told the same thing. This really destroys my confidence in Lexus. I am a 60 year old widow that purchased a Lexus simple for the fact all maintenance would be covered and the fact that it cost so much that I will not be able to fix it in the near future. I’m asking for the dealership that I trusted to at least help me with the repair. I know there are ways to get around this. I will not buy another Lexus if this is not at least reduced in price. I paid extra for a warranty that would help me as I have to do repairs through the dealership.
