There was a magnetic tool left under the hood of my car and the hood was down. Plus we were not asked if we wanted the car washed and cleaned. We were not very happy with this visit. My husband still has not been reimbursed for the money he paid for an oil change, which we should have not paid, because bid the extended warranty we paid when we got the car. This was not a good experience at all.We are thinking about going to the management about this experience. Not good for Lexus.
