I was told I needed new brakes and rotors on the rear, the charge was going to be $620.00 additional. There was another customer in the waiting area that was also told they needed brakes and rotors. I did not have the service performed and took my car to someone else the next business day, they advised I did not need brakes or rotors that I have half the brake pad left. Very disappointing that Moses would take advantage of people like this. I know you are in business to make money but that should not be at the detriment of others or based on falsehood. I will not be bringing my car back to you for service. My husband and I were considering the purchase of a GX and have spoken with sales about it but we will likely find another dealership to work with based on this occurrence.

I am very satisfied with the service for my Lexus.
I did accept the complimentary car wash. However, the windows weren’t cleaned and they sprayed a tire cleaner on 1/2 of the tire. If it can’t be completed to look nice; maybe it shouldn’t be completed.
It was extremely, extremely hot and maybe that’s why. I will probably try again next time!

I'm always impressed with the service I received at Moses And I learned the quality but the actual sincere appreciation and it feels from the staff. The video I'll be working done was very impressive. She's not sure if this is the first time our Lucy's had before. I don't remember it in the past but it was really cool to watch that
