I didn't appreciate the service guy telling me my battery was bad.then when he finds out it's still under warranty everything changed the tech got the paper work mixed up. if I would have said yes to a new battery. I would have been ripped off. I don't like that.

First and foremost, Tyler was great! I had him on my last service as well. I like the service and convenience of getting my truck serviced and will continue to do so!! My only criticism is that I don’t believe my tires were inflated during the rotation process. Perhaps that can be to the service during rotation or point inspection if not already a part of service!
