I was looking to get a complete review of my 2022 Maverick to see if there was any warranty service needs and Tyler said the 88 point inspection would figure that out. But upon return of my vehicle, the paperwork said nothing about the inspection and there was no follow up if any other warranty items were needed. Furthermore, at the end of the service when I received a call from Tyler, he asked me to give a 5 star review on the survey and I don’t think that’s appropriate - I should be able to give my realistic and accurate appraisal of the service. Lastly, $250 to give me the code for the door keypad is a fairly excessive charge, I had just bought the vehicle used and was unable to use this feature until I received help from the dealer. It seems this could have been charged a much more appropriate fee.

The repair service is so bad that I will never come back. We made an appointment to drop off the car for the a/c to be fixed (for the third time, because the repairs department didn’t get it right before)-dropped it off on a Friday as per my appointment and got no updates until Monday evening, when I called and Giovanni told me that the person who needs to fix my car isn’t back until 3 or four days later, but I could wait until then-so the dealership gave me an appointment even though no one was there to fix the car, or else he lied about it-he never checked on it before then and never communicated-won’t be back ever, and won’t buy there again either because of this.
