Giovanni and your other personnel are a bright spot in an otherwise frustration experience. I made an appointment for recall service. Your dealership didn't have the parts. I made an appointment for more than a days worth of work and you have no loaner vehicles or any option for me other than to reschedule. If it wasn't recall work I would have gone elsewhere. Giovanni and another gentleman who helped me were both polite and accommodating where Ford's policies are not. Recall work is the only reason I will fallen your door again.
