As much as I appreciated the fast service, I did not appreciate the fact that all of my tires came back overinflated. I was advised that I needed two new rear tires, which I declined, and upon inspection of all my tires, I found that they all had exceptional tread left. When I purchased the automobile in January 2020, it did not come with the owners manual and I was promised that one would be provided and I’m still waiting for it but am being told to “look it up on the phone!”

India was extremely courteous and professional. Along with being helpful fitting me in without an appointment, I am truly grateful to her for that. However, I am perplexed that a battery replacement quoted at $261 ended up costing me nearly $400. I thought this was a bit excessive. Never paid this much for a replacement before, all the extra charges.
And to say my tires were rotated when it appeared they were not. I had one tire that was of a different brand than the others because Iof a road hazard incident. That tire was still in its original position. Thank you.
