I had made an appointment for this past Tuesday. I showed up, checked in, all was good. 30 minutes later the service rep said they couldn’t get to my vehicle and sent me home after setting a new day to bring it back. Today, I showed up at 7:00 and all is good. A very short time later the same rep says it’s ready all good. The reason I said I was not happy was from the Tuesday can’t get to it mess.
