I was called by my advisor an hour after drop off that they had a list of suggested maintenance and that she would provide the list online on the portal. 30 minutes after this claim, I called back, and they informed me that my advisor was unavailable and they would ask her to call me back.
An hour later (one hour and a half after the initial call), I had to call back, as I was still waiting. My advisor claimed she would send it "again" even though it was never sent in the first place.
In total, Fox Toyota had my vehicle for 4 hours to complete a tire rotation and an air filter change.
