Manuel was amazing. He took me in, since I was scheduled with another person but ai was waiting in my car about 20 minutes and nobody came to help me. As soon as Manuel knew, he was super nice and helped me out.

Overall, I am satisfied with the service. However, I am very disheartened that my car had to be serviced to begin with. A brand new 2025 should not have problems! I bought this car two weeks ago. I haven’t made my first payment and I got a warning that the “brake system” had failed. That’s very scary as I was leaving church with my daughter. I was about to drive over transmountain. I had to pull over, call a a tow truck, that took 8 hours to get to us and we had to take an Uber home. That is unacceptable!
