She was very professional and prompt to what I needed in my car. Have her teach professionalism to the rest of your staff. Last time I had the service they lasted 6 hours for an oil change!!!!

I don't understand the bill feels like I was charged $600 dollars more. They only changed the axles and the tires but parts cost shows 1745.67. When each tire was 153 for 4 $612, axles 316.68+383.

I don’t appreciate that I make an appointment and then your service person acted like I didn’t have an appointment on the books. They didn’t know what I was there for and when I also explained an additional problem that I had they explained to me the reason why it was a problem was because I was not paying a subscription cost for a service that is free.
