I was satisified after the Manager took care of me and I am very grateful for him. However prior to that i had an appt at 8:15 and didnt get my car until close to 2pm. My serv adv stated that they were running behind but my screen was ordered. Then mike another service adv told me they ran out of oil but my car would be done soon. Once i received my car i left and i saw on paperwork no screen was ordered. I went back to dealership and spoke with manager. We went for a ride so he could see the screen malfunction. He then assured me he would order it and talk to the serv advisors. I told the Manager what really upset me is i was lied to in the middle of the waiting room. Blatantly then mike stating the dealership ran out of oil..... maybe but it just seems unlikely. Why have an appt if i still have to wait 5 hrs. Bottom line the Service Manager was extremely polite and listened to my concerns and took care of me. I am thankful for him but not the serv advisors in that dealership. Thank you

This was my first time having my car serviced. I took my car initially for a repair on my rim. I was given a quote that it was going to take 6 hours and I could pick it up later that day. Then they call me and say it won’t be ready until the next day. I didn’t get my car back until 2 days later. I also got a tire rotation since it was almost due and the psi sensors were reading the front tires as the back and vice versa. I took it back THREE times and the issue was not resolved and I was told I’d have to come back another day to do a diagnostic test. I sat in my car before leaving and found the solution fast. Being the customer, I should not be the one fixing the issues when there’s people being paid to do so. Customer service from Adrian was a 2/10. He wasn’t good at keeping me updated and didn’t call me back until hours after I had called. Definitely don’t want anything else to happen to my car if this is going to happen again.
