I was very confused when receiving my car back. I wasn’t informed of anything. Just handed me keys and directed me in the wrong way to my car. I understand they were busy but I was expecting a brief report on my vehicle. For future reference can I go to other Toyota dealership to get my services done under the warranty? Ashely Angel did her best and went out and about. It was the team who had to do the oil change etc. they didn’t do it correct and my truck came out with defects from the guys doing the oil change. No tire rotation plus now I don’t have back truck running lights.
