Waited over 5 hours to get my car back. The service that was done was not complicated for them to have taken such a long time.
Janeth Herrera was very courteous and if it wasn’t for her I could’ve said a couple of truths right there. If you don’t have the staff to give a prompt and good service why in the world are you accepting so many appointments in one day??????? I’m very disappointed.
The service that was done in my car was to change the oil. Janeth Herrera told me that the filter vase was broken. Toyota is the only company that has laid hands in my car since we bought it. We ended paying 125.00 for that piece that we didn’t break.
Thank you to Janeth Herrera she was very professional helping me with the waiting it’s not her fault!
Thank you but I’m already thinking about taking my car for the service somewhere else.

I had to wait about 25 minutes parked outside in the drop off area, and asked several men to send someone my way to check in my car. I had to call the service dept from my car and asked for someone to come out and meet me. I usually work with Fernando and he is great, but he was not at work on Friday. Abigail came outside to meet me and checked in my car. It was a great working with her, professional and direct, gave me specifics and kept me informed. She facilitated a ride home for me, since I had to leave the car overnight to check on the car noises when starting the engine first thing. Thank you! Adela M

Abigail doesn’t call to communicate status of vehicle or when vehicle is ready. Bad communication on her part that I almost didn’t make it for my vehicle before you all closed. She needs to be available to us as customers. I called her 4 times and she wasn’t available and never returned my call. Bad customer service.
