Gabriel needs to work on his customer service skills. It took six hours to hear on my status on my vehicle and took 5 calls for me to be able to get a status on my vehicle. Overall a bad experience. I came back as received a call from Kayla asking to come back through your retaining promotion to loyal Customers and it was a fail. I’m not sure if I will be taking my Collora IM back. If I do come back I will ask for different adviser.

From purchasing my vehicle to service, I feel as though I did not get my money’s worth. I can whole heartedly say that paying for the Toyota Maintenance care package is a waste of money, seeing as I only used it once, and wasn’t even made aware that it only has a short life span when I initially purchased the plan. Additionally, i don’t know many places that do not include an air filter with the oil change, but Hoy Fox is apparently one of those places. At the end of my maintenance visit, what was sent to me, via text, as my total cost differed from what the salesman told me after. How there is a $24 mix up, I do not know. Hoy Fox has done nothing but make me feel that I’m being nickel-and-dimed. Never again will I use Hoy Fox.
