The shuttle driver on all 5 occasions was appalling; SPEEDING, TAILGATING, sharp turns, SHARP STOPS. No one informed me that if I paid with a credit card there would be a three percent charge. There was no sign on the counter. Since the first day I was RUSHED IN AND OUT. The next day I was informed that the shuttle would pick me up in an hour, after an hour and a half I called again and was informed the same thing. Once there the manager was rude, I asked where the sign was when paying with a credit card. He gave me his back walking around the Lobby, A tiny one on the side of the outside doors to the offices. I told him I had been rushed in yesterday thru the double doors not thru the office doors and this was not the way things were done the last time I was ther 2 years ago.
