There is a rattle in my car. Somewhere engine or dashboard. They said it was because they left a piece of the battery holder somewhere in there from last time I got the battery changed. But the rattle is worse. I could hear the rattle instantly so I don’t know why they didn’t tell me that before I left. If they drove the car anywhere they would have heard it. I understand that I would need to leave my car and pay a lot more money to have them just check for the rattle. But I am not comfortable with them doing the work if that’s how it’s going to go.

Communication was terrible. My truck was not ready when promised and I was not notified until very late causing issues with my work because I didn’t have transportation. Finally, due to the work that was done, my truck was returned very filthy with dust and particles from the installation of the new engine, especially in the front cabin. I had to clean it extensively. Not a good experience!
