I came in at 9:30am, left at 1:15 pm. Nearly a 4 hour wait. I’m very disappointed. On top of that, the prices for the services are ludicrous and way overpriced. I would have been more patient but at no point in time did Ms Janeth Herrera let me know this was going to take as long as it did. I would have appreciated a heads up. After all the trouble, I was offered (at my request) a measly $20 discount for a $386 dollar bill. Not sure I’ll be coming back honestly :/

I was very dissatisfied with the service I received or the lack there of. I have brought my vehicle in to you all on numerous occasions and never have I felt so used. I told the service guy what I thought the problem was and it turned out to be something far more inexpensive than I thought. It took a few minutes for them to see that it was a lower radiator hose that was leaking. He went on to say that “my oil pan was damaged and it needed to be replaced with a gasket” and gave me a quote of around $300 to fix. I asked him to explain how he can tell if the oil pan needed to be replace if there was no damage or leaks coming from the bolts on the oil pan? That’s when he said “he didn’t know but if I wanted it done he would let me know if it needed to be replaced with the gasket “ I don’t believe I was given an honest assessment of my diagnosis of which I paid $148.50!
