I left your dealership disgusted. I have a 2023 tundra bought new there but the service I received today was horrible. I can understand undertmistakes but not cold uncaring misinformed rudeness. The service advisor Abigail would cut me off when I was talking to her and she said “you cannot talk to the Mecanic even if he was here because they get nervous when talking to customers “. I don’t think she has the authority to say that and she would cut me off in mid sentence so that I would stop talking. She is a very poor representation of Toyota quality and service.

Fernando did his share. Provided updates as necessary. Service was slow. It took 5 days to replace a starter. I did request a loaner after a couple of days and was given one. That made a big difference. Much appreciated.
Overall the service department is not nearly as efficient as the Paul Dylan days. You have lost a couple of good employees that were outstanding.
