I went in for a oil change @ 7 and left @ 8:30 I saw the car was parked along the side, so I questioned if it was ready and they went and asked the guy that was taken care of me, and at that point, he said it was ready, but he had to finish the paperwork. I don’t know how long the car had been ready, and I wasn’t told.
