Everything went well The only thing I didn’t like was that on my receipt I saw at the bottom where it says customer pay shop charge for repair order. What repair order did they do on me that they charge me five dollars when I asked the receptionist that was there where I paid she said oh you didn’t know about that. It’s to pay for the building. I didn’t understand what building.

Ashley is the worst service advisor, she doesn’t return calls her voice mail is full and she completely ignores the customer. Her customer service skills compare to a new hire that just started with the company. She is totally oblivious to anything concerning Toyota. She said it would be cheaper but it was the price they quoted and she did not deduct the charge for the service I did not want. I had to ask another employee to help me and she just stood there and did not help or assist like she was washing her hands of the whole situation. I can’t believe your company hires such terrible employees. I am 100 percent certain nothing will come of this so I am just wasting my time as all the employees seem to like her.
