Hector is charging me for 3.5 hours of labor yet promising to have me out of the shop in less than 2 hours after the part arrives. Clearly I am being overcharged.

The problem I took the SUV in for was never addressed. I had to bring it back after paying 2,600.00 and then they diagnosed other things that added up to 11,000.00. If you had done your job right the first time I wouldn’t have spent 2,600.00. I would’ve just gotten rid of the vehicle and then you kept the vehicle for weeks.

We got hit with extra expenses we did not anticipate. Once we finish Toyota Care we have other arrangements for maintenance. The fuel cleaner for a vehicle at 19892 miles seemed excessive. And it was just BG fuel cleaner that was marked up. The vehicle idled rough and tech had to take it back to fix it. Not good.
