I was informed that the diagnostic appointment had an error code pop up on a computer and I was informed how the problem was troubleshoot. I liked that I was also informed that I won’t be charged again for a diagnostic if something goes wrong related to the same issue that was addressed today

It was difficult to get in touch with my advisor, and I had several questions regarding the results of the report. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to move forward with an additional recommendation because I didn’t have the opportunity to speak with them.
