Wrost experience I've had so far. Took my car in early yesterday for service only to find out eight (8) hours later that parts needed to be ordered and nothing was done to my car. Thinking of the safety and mine, due to weather conditions I asked to be collected the following day early as 7:00-7:30 morning as I had to not miss another day of work. Called at 7:30 to find out my representative was out for the day. Shuttle showed up without a call or text and had to get dressed at quickly as I could. Arrived at the dealership and waited 30 mins to fund out my car won't start. Never had a problem before like such. Asked if be walked to the car and start it myself. Find out my window was rolled down all night and the inside was covered in sand due to the sand storm we got the night before. My heart fell to the floor in disappointment and much sadness to know my 2003 Toyota corolla didn't matter to you guys. For me it's the best little old cars I've owned. Since my last one was a Hyundai Genesis. I've thought of purchasing a new Corolla or better yet, a Lexus. Seeing how i got treated, my mind quickly changed back to another Genesis. Spoke to the Manager and he did right by washing the interior and appreciate that very much. I don't think I will be buying another Toyota any time soon. Thank you in any case.

I was told they were fixing my moonroof molding and it wasn’t fixed. Called service manager and left a message. She still hasn’t called me back. This has been an issue since January. I was told that the molding needed to be ordered but yet when I came in this week randomly for a tire rotation, they said they could fix it, but the fix wasn’t listed on the itemized list of what was done to the car.

I was very impressed with Ashley’s attentive service and helpful assistance. She made the entire experience very pleasant and enjoyable. She made it a joy to come and bring our vehicle to the service department. She is truly amazing. Thank you.

Great customer service. Hector kept me updated on the status of my vehicle and was able to get me on my way within 45 minutes from when I arrived. Great job !

I recently moved from a Nissan to a Toyota driver. I knew about the quality of the brand but was not sure about the service. However the attention was exceptional, precise and fast. I spent an hour at the dealer and also got my questions answered. Great job!
