Toyota had my vehicle for two days, no updates at all about my vehicle, and no timeline given. I was told it might get looked at the first day, but to not hear nothing after the second day after calling multiple times is the main reason why I’ll never return here again to service my vehicle. I work, my family only has one vehicle, so to keep it for going on 3 days without any communication whatsoever is completely unacceptable. Every request for a loaner was quickly denied. I hope changes are made, but it won’t be me seeing that unfold as I will be going to other locations in the future. Do not call me, and absolutely no need to respond. Thank you.
