Just a quick question. This is the second time that they inflate my tires to 36 psi and when i start driving they go up to 39 psi. The panel on my door says the maximum should be 32 psi, is there a specific reason why they inflate them so much? Thank you

Hector is my 4th advisor since I started going to Fox in 2010. The best to date was Tonya Lozano. The former Service Director, Paul Dillon, was fabulous as he always put the customer first. I was only in for a routine service, but Hector was courteous, professional, and got me up to speed with my Highlanders records. I prefer personal interactions with my advisor as opposed to online messaging notices, either approving or disapproving a part or cost. I need more info about a situation than a text message. In the past I have called asking to speak to my advisor but rarely, if ever, were they available to take my call. Usually had to leave a voice mail to return the call which sometimes happened, sometimes not. Mostly not. Moving forward, I am in hopes Hector Pasillas will be a stellar advisor who takes a vested interest in my patronage at Fox. I have spent a lot of money there over the years and have had a positive experience overall. I will say, the turnover in Managers and advisors does not help.
