The low tire pressure light was on when I arrived at the dealership, but nothing was done about it. I also asked if technicians could fix the floor board that has come loose on the driver side by the door, but that was not completed either. I also had scheduled a shuttle to work, but shuttle never arrived until my car service was completed. Very frustrating and disappointing service

I brought in my suv because the hatch kept getting stuck. 2 hrs after I dropped off my vehicle, I get an update that the both shocks for the hatch needed to be replaced, but they only had 1 in stock. It will have to be ordered and I will need to came back in. That wasn’t the issue I had concerns with. I had a concern that ‘I need more brake fluid, an alignment done, and my cabin filter needs to be replaced.’ I already got an alignment done 2-3 weeks ago and I’m pretty sure I had the cabin filter replaced at the same time. I was surprised to hear that the ‘engine’ filter was changed out 2-3 weeks ago. My question is, ‘why do I need to have another alignment done???’ Also, I really don’t pay attention to the details on the services done to my suv. I think Im gonna start paying more attention so that I am not scammed to paying for another service that’s not needed.

I took my vehicle in for the very first service and I don’t believe that a full service was completed because the alert for my windshield wiper fluid remains on, but the technician checked off that it was OK so now I have to believe that the inspection was actually not done at all. I reside in another state and having to go back a second time and wait another hour and a half unnecessarily is very inconvenient.

Only thing is, that every time you guys wash the car it comes out with all sort of soap spots and dirt, maybe the wash should be optional. I forgot to said no to that
