Satisfied with the work done and I really appreciated the carwash. The customer service part could use some work. the rep was more into her tablet than actually talking to me. When I first checked in she was clicking stuff and just walked away with no “be right back” or “go wait in the lobby”. So I was left just standing there for a few minutes until I realized she wasn’t coming back.
