Ivan was great in customer service. However my tires were not rotated in which I paid for. I know how to travel across town to get them rotated.

I recently had my car serviced at your dealership, and I wanted to provide some feedback on my experience. While I appreciate the work done on my vehicle, I was not entirely satisfied with the customer service I received from my service consultant.
During our interactions, I felt that the tone and manner of communication were somewhat rough and not as welcoming as I would have expected. This made me feel uncomfortable, and I believe there is room for improvement in how customers are approached.

I called this morning to see if there was any openings for an oil change and inspection. I provided my contact phone number and the service representative found my account. I told them that it was for an LC 500. He booked me for 1:30 PM I arrive promptly at that time and was not spoken to until 2 PM. They stated the delay was due to them looking for a RX 350 which is another vehicle I have. I question why they did not seek me out in the lobby and approach me about which vehicle I was there to service this cost me to reschedule my 3 PM appointment I had with a client.
