I would have liked to been more informed about status on when the vehicle would be ready. I made an appointment and overall wait time was 2 hours for an oil change. Knowing how long the process would take will take out the stress of how long is this going to take will reduce.

My car sat in the shop too long. The inspection took overnight. I wasn't made aware that my car would have to stay overnight. I was leaving out of town the next day. Therefore my car is still at your shop. Rene promised to get it back to my house within a couple of days. It's been over a week and my car still isn't there.

Arturo was great, he made sure my Lexus was taken care of in a timely manner

Rene was very professional and worked to get my vehicle in to the service people in a timely manner and when I picked it up he did the same. He expedited the return of the car to me so I didn’t have to wait.

The dealership did not put the bottom portion of my bumper back on properly and while driving it came lose and now the dealership needs to replace it. Pending return call from manager

I took my car in for service because I reached 5,000 miles. The service rep asked me if I was going to stay or come back, I said stay. He then told me that it would take anywhere from 3-4 hours because there was a recall on my back up camera. He offered a shuttle but I told him it would be hard because I was with my two year old daughter, I asked if they had a rental for me and he said no not at the moment. I waited for my car, which I had my appointment at 9:30am. At 12:29 I got an alert on my app saying the doors, windows, and hatch was open, so I assumed they had barely started something on my car, which is irritating because I had been there since 9:30 am and did not receive any alerts till 12:29. No one came to check on me or update me knowing I was waiting for my car, at 1:30 I was walking around with my daughter and a service rep asked me if I was okay and needed anything, I said well I’m waiting for my car it’s been 4 hours now. He told me he would go check, he did and came back and told me well all I can do is get you into a rental (after 4 hours of waiting) I told him that, I said I would need to transfer the car seat, he said let me go check exactly how much longer. He never came back he sent a lady, she also told me well I can get you into a rental, I said the same exactly thing to her and she said let me go check to see how much longer, she came back and said the best bet I can do for you is get you into a rental, I said I’ve been here 4 hours with my daughter now, how much longer will it take before I decide to barely get into a rental. She then came back a while later saying they told me 30 more min, then another guy came and told me they told me 45 more min. Then the same lady came back and said it should be ready by 3 ish. From 9:30am to 3pm I was waiting at the dealership with my 2 year old daughter because no one could offer me a rental, and they told me 4 hours and it was much longer than 4 hours. Very inconvenient and frustrating for me being that I had my daughter with me. Very poor service and I am very unsatisfied how today played out. 5 and a half hours I waited, when they told me it would be a 3-4 hour wait.

I was waiting for my car for 2 hours in lexus waiting room. When i went to look for my advisor he was gone. Not a single text, call or follow up with my car before he headed out. The cost of the oil change increased dramatically from previous times. I wont be coming back to lexus for service

Didn’t even met the advisor, another person helped us and only because we had to asked after waiting 30 minutes.

The courtesy wash wasn’t done when I arrived. I did not get a call that my vehicle was ready. I had to call at 4:05 pm to check and get an update.

Service was not completed. Need to take car back on Wednesday. Hatch button that closes and locks is still not operational

I had to call about 4 times and go 3 times to the dealership because nobody could tell me what to do or who to speak with for a simple tire change. There is a man called Arturo who we used to speak with for our services but he never answered our text messages this time, so I went to the dealership and they told me to call to custoner service, but when I called they told me to go to the dealership etc. It was a little frustrating. In the end Ashley helped me and was very kind and helpful.
