To start I have been trying to get in contact with Arturo all day he was either busy or with a customer. I had dropped my car off at 8 in the morning for them no to notify me that my car would not be ready at all now I have to find a way to get to work in the morning. At least a courtesy call would’ve been great so that way I can plan for the following day. Then when I do call I am told “well there’s nothing we can do”. This is the most unprofessional environment I have ever experienced!!!

During the servicing of our vehicle, our service consultant offered assistance should we require anything while awaiting at the Fountains Shopping Center. After a four-hour wait, we attempted to request a return ride via the provided text message service, as instructed at the start of our appointment. However, our messages received no response. Consequently, we had to contact the main number approximately four times before connecting with a live representative to arrange pickup, as the automated system was unable to comprehend our request. Therefore, for all future services at Fox Lexus of El Paso, we respectfully request the provision of a loaner vehicle, given that we travel from out of town and wish to avoid a similar inconvenience.
