The service advisor (David) was not very polite or nice. He does not seem to like his job. He tried to sell me service that was not needed. He charged me $70 for an emissions inspection. Part of the charge was the safety inspection sticker and shop charges. I feel he was angry with me because I did not accept service that was not needed for my vehicle.. I purchased a vehicle at North Hills Toyota and was told that I had lifetime free inspections Very dissatisfied. Service advisor’s name is David. Its less than a year I bought the 2024 Rav4 hybrid. I came in for a 1 year /10K miles service and while there informed the service rep that when I press on the brakes it makes a slight squeaking noise. If I could get it checked out as well. She didnt seam to care and started to tell why she couldn't do it. Its sad because she didn't not even note it down. I am extremely disappointed with the Kate and the Shorkey service staff.

I don't need someone to contact me. You guys know what you did wrong. I already spoke with the manager. Next time make sure all hoses and clamps are installed properly. Everyone loves bringing their car immediately back to the mechanic after driving a mile down the road and spending 6-7 hours in total waiting.
